The sixth and final round of the 2021 PwC Junior Tennis Circuit will be held Saturday October 9th and Sunday October 10th
Due to the damage from Tropical Storm at the Courts at the Ritz Carlton, the tournament will now be held at the Cayman Islands Tennis Club.
Matches will be scheduled over both days and therefore players should be prepared to play all weekend.
In order to promote good sportsmanship and to be fair to all players, we ask all players to commit to playing the entire tournament weekend. If a player is unable to do so they should reconsider entering a tournament.
There will be four age divisions. 10& Under, 12& Under, 14& Under and 18& Under, and the tournament is open to any junior wishing to take part. The 10& Under will be a green-dot ball.
The TFCI follows the ITF "year of birth" age eligibility rule. Juniors who turn 11, 13 or 15 during the 2021 calendar year must play in the 12& Under, 14& Under and 18& Under divisions respectively.
TOURNAMENT RULES AND GUIDELINES
Players and parents are reminded that they will need to adhere to the Tournament Rules and Guidelines and players are to remind themselves of rules for Tournament Player Conduct. If you are not familiar with the rules, please email us for a copy. Also, players are expected to review all draws and know when they are scheduled to play.
We also wish to remind parents, coaches and spectators of Tournament Etiquette.
REGISTRATION
The Tennis Federation of the Cayman Islands uses Top Dog Sports for registration, creating the draw, scheduling and results reporting, as such all players will need to register with Top Dog Sports by Tuesday October 5th 2021.
WAIVER AND PAYMENT OF FEES ONLINE
All players must sign a waiver and pay the tournament fee of CI$30.00. Players must submit waivers and pay the tournament fee by October 5th 2021.
Tournament sign up and payment is via online only, and as such all payments must be made to the TFCI account online.

Please note your child’s name in the beneficiary reference and email a copy of the transfer confirmation to admin@tfci.ky so that we can verify payments received.
We also wish to remind parents that if we do not receive payment then players will not be allowed to play.
The TFCI now only require one waiver per year. Once the waiver has been completed, please scan and email the signed waiver to admin@tfci.ky.
Please note that both the player and a parent must sign the waiver.
DOUBLES TOURNAMENT
The Tennis Federation will also be holding a Doubles Tournament for 18& Under and 14& Under; there will also be a 12& Under doubles division.
If you are interested in playing in the Doubles Tournament, all players must register on line on Top Dog Sports by October 5th 2021.
There will be an additional registration fee of CI$10 for playing entering in the doubles tournament which is payable by October 5th 2021.
The Doubles Tournament will be held at the Cayman Islands Tennis Club along with the Junior Tournament.
DRAW AND SCHEDULE
The draw and schedule will be sent out vie email by the end of the day Friday October 8th.
Please note that the schedule can be subject to weather and court availability and as such there can be no schedule requests.
Players are also reminded that matches will be scheduled on Saturday and Sunday.
