Doubles teams signup - one partner pays fee for the team. Partners can settle up offline. If your partner is not listed you will need to ask them to register on the site to complete the signup process.

Tennis tournaments in Sherwood are always scheduled as back-to back weekend events. If you know you will not be available on the two weekends of a tournament do not sign up or be prepared to be defaulted if you cannot play your match on the weekend and your opponent cannot play during the week. Fortunately many players can play during the week and frequently match times can be accommodated if you are unable to play on the first weekend. Week play of matches is a good fall back position, not a first choice except in certain 1st round matches when week play is mandatory. The semifinals are played on the second Saturday of the tournament, the final on the second Sunday. With many players participating in a tournament we all need to be flexible in scheduling our matches.
